Nanohana (Rape blossoms) with Mustard-Miso Sauce
Ingredients (4 servings)：
	Nanohana (Rape blossoms) One bunch Mustard-Miso Sauce: 　3 Tbsp.White-Miso, 1 Tbsp.sugar, 1Tbsp.vinegar,　1/2tbsp.yellow mustard
Directions：
	Boil Nonohana( or Nabana), and cut them into 1-inchi (3-4cm) length. Mix Mustard-Miso Sauce ingredients well. Mix Nonahana with the seasoning just before serving. (To protect being watery and keep mustard own flavor)
