1cup Warabi-powder (90g), 2cups water(400cc), 2Tbsp brown sugar,
4Tbsp Kinako-powder (Sweet Soy Powder), 3Tbsp sugar, a pinch of salt
  1. Mix Kinako, sugar, and salt.
  2. Place Warabi-powder, water, brown sugar in a pot and blend them well.
  3. Heat them in a pot over medium heat for 15minutes, stirring throughout with flat spoon. Turn down to low heat, mix well again until its color is clear.
  4. Scoop up, using the spoon. Cool them in cold water and drain.
  5. Serve Warabi-machi in the bowl and sprinkle Kinako-powder over it
