Eggplants with sesame dressing
Ingredients (4 servings)
1-2 eggplants, 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds, 1 Tbsp. soy sauce,
pinch of sugar, 1-inch fresh ginger grated

  1. Remove the stem of the eggplants, and cut into halves lengthwise.
    Then slice them diagonally into 5-mm pieces.

  2. Place the on the dish, microwave for 2 or 3 minutes and let them cool.
